Chateau
Grava is a domain of 73 hectares of an exceptional soil which
covers the commune of Haux in the appellation area "First
Côtes of Bordeaux". Its redden vineyard, well situated
in a clayish-gravelled soil is planted with grapes varieties
such as Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The great care given
to the vineyard, the vintage ant the vinify allows this wine
to be classified one of the best in the district.
"Le
Grava" is to be served between 15° and 17°, must
be uncorked at least one hour before use and goes with red
meats and cheeses..
Characteristics :
Dress : plain red .
Nose : small ripe red fruits.
Taste : supple, ample with velvety
